Everyone always said "follow your passion in life." I've just recently discovered my passion in real estate. I don't know why it took this long for me to discover that but I'm glad I did. Growing in up with parents working 70-80 hours week to provide everything for my sister and I; as a result, the time I have to spend with them was limited. This give me the motivation, drive, and desire to retire them as soon as I can so I can spend more time with them.
Finishing college and working full time at my current job it is not good enough to achieve my goals. I believe venturing into real estate will be the vehicle to take me where I want to be.

Thank you, I am sure I will need your mentor in the near future. I am trying to figure out what to offer the seller.. It's a bit more trickier than I thought. How long have you been an investor?
