Here's where I get my FSBO leads...

There's a service that has software that goes through every newspaper, FSBO website, bulletin, Craig's List etc. in the country and puts together a list of every FSBO on the market as they come available. They email them to you daily as they're found.

They also give you the last 3 months listings when you start, so you jump right in with a list of them. (I got over 600 leads our first day that way) They give you phone numbers, addresses, and a decent amount have emails.

We use it and the ones with emails we email as soon as they come in, then we mail a postcard to the rest...

I have 5 areas myself, the more you get, the cheaper it is. It's a paid service, but it's really cheap for what you get. (under $0 a month, and each additional area is like $4... I'd spend WAY more on gas driving looking for them in a day)

I negotiated a discount (like $5-$10 less) with them for friends, so leave the /reio on, it's a little cheaper.
