My husband and I live in a small town half way between the Quad Cities and Peoria. We are both retired. I received Dean's books, joined the Success Academy and recently received the SFL System. I started with huge excitement. I went to what seemed like a million open houses, interviewed realtors, called real estate attorneys, studied the Success Academy lessons (I print them out - I'm a paper person), did "driving for dollars" and then hit the brakes. I found I wasn't sure what to say and didn't want to burn any bridges by making a bad first impression. I was sheepish about contacting the coaches at the Success Academy, because I know they are super busy (although they were great about letting me know they were there for me). I watched the DVD's from the Edge 10 event that are terrific. I now have Matt's One-Liners in my arsenal and am less sheepish about calling the coaches for assistance. I am back in the game with renewed excitement, because I know I can achieve my goals. I have been reading the comments, journals, forums etc for several months and have put my fear aside and am ready to participate in the DG family.

It was great to hear from you. It sounds like the opportunities abound in the Chicago area. We are country folk, so the closest we get to Chicago is
St. Charles
I am a newbie myself when it comes to taking action. I am starting to work on getting a buyers list put together. I would definitely like to keep in touch.
Have a good evening.

Matt's one-liners...
I would give my eye teeth for Matt's one liners...where would I get a copy. I am a full time public school teacher and am making time when I can to plow through Set 4 Life. I am also a Success Academy student and need to tell you CALL them!! You will get amazing coaching and advice. worth every penny. I was guided through 5 transactions and got my $6,000 back...I'd pay that for Matt's one liners...but is there a place I could get them???

Matt's One Liners
Matt's One Liners are in the booklet of Successful Student Secrets booklet that came with the Edge 10 DVD's in your SFL kit. Knowing what to ask and how to ask it is amazing knowledge to have. I hope this helps.
Enjoy the day,
Kay

Glad to know you're in the Land of Lincoln
Great work! I am having a time getting started here in the city of Chicago. I know the area you're in as I went to school at B U in Peoria. I have friends in Morton and the Quad Cities. I just need to get off my duff and get it together. I'd like to keep in touch. I have all of Dean's books but I just need to take that first step. There are tons of condos here in Chi and a lot up for 08 taxes, I get giddy just seeing the properties available from $140. to $20,000 for taxes. I need an buyer/investor list.
Thanks for your time as I've started to ramble..sorry. Best! Sabline
