Hi guys, glad to be here! I'm 57 years young, 2 years ago lost teaching job and got divorced. Was bummed out, but now ready to rock! I'm a really fine guitarist. I now live with my frail parents, we help each other. . Because I now substute teach elementary school I have lots of time to invest in RE. Looking forward to the fun and excitement!

I live in CA. I called the department of real estate. I described an assignment deal and the man said I need a real estate license to make it legal. Is this so? Am I not understanding something here? Please let me know. Thanks.
