I'm 51, in good health, happily married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I currently work in the Entertainment Industry - Archive Coordinator. I enjoy singing, skiing, biking, hiking, racquetball and Nascar. I'm concentrating my investment energy in Long Beach, CA to start. I would like to eventually invest in some areas where I have other family members. Albany/Rochester, NY. Clarksville, TN. Tampa FL. Pittsburgh, PA. I've owned 2 homes in the past, losing the last one in Foreclosure back in 2010.

Interests: 
I've been watching Nascar since 2003. It would be neat to have properties in the same cities that the race tracks are. Then I could have an excuse to go see the race.
