you don't need to get your LLC right away-yes, it can be expensive to get incorporated, and some states are more expensive than others!
I recommend that you get some deals done first, then, when you have some properties that you'd like to hold and rent, then you can get your LLC to protect yourself.

You may want to fill out some information on your profile so that other investors can know a little about you and to network!

I just finished listening to Dean's new audio book, "30 Days Real Estate Cash" I'm needing to makefast cash to pay off my part of my daughter's "Sallie Mae's $90,000 Sudent Loan. I've been defering the original loan of $76,000 for too long now. The more I put it off, the F A T T E R it gets.
I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and get busy.
