thank you for the invite, greg. Although I signed up last yr, I am just now really trying to understand all of this. I live in a very small town [little over 2000] but have seen some of the houses here that are for sale or in foreclosure. One is a Freddie Mac. But I am not sure how/ what to do next. Any thing you can suggest will help.

I have been away for too long!! My hubby had fractured his knee cap and was off work for 8 wks. He is not a fan of real estate and has wanted me to spend all of my not at work time with him. Well.... I did and was getting a down feeling UGH then I got a invite to Dean's " Insider's Edge"in my area. I went and was so glad. Then while I was there they were signing up 10 people for their 3 day workshop. The more I sat there the more I was worried I was missing something .. so I signed up and am going this weekend. I really needed something to re boost me and there it was " handed to me ". I'll let ya'll know how it went later. Dean thank you for making this happen for me!!
