Hello Rolston, I was searching DG site for other Long Islanders and came across one of your notes on RE Investments clubs. I am pretty new to investing and trying to build a buyers list, read through posts here and it seems as if the Island is a very different market. Not sure if you are experiencing that also. Anyway I did find a RE investment group on the island, real estate investors network of Long Island, you probably have already hit this group if you have let me know how you like it.
