OfflineI have owned two properties in Alaska. On the second one, I built a house from scratch.
It took me eight years to finish all the while, I was living in it and when it was complete I sold it at a profit.
In 2006, I moved back to my old home town in Germany for a year and a half with my family. We bought a REO for half of what the bank was asking and spent a lot of time and money renovating. Now it has a small positive cash flow, but all the money goes back in for maintenance and remodeling.
In 2007, we settled in Carson City, Nevada, and open a small used furniture business. Not more than a year later it fell victim to the economy.
With a mind to enter the real estate market, I decided I needed some instruction, so, I spent over $7000 on Robert Kiyosaki’s coaching classes. When my year was over my coach told me “Rudy get a JOB”. (Just over broke)
Then I discovered Dean Graziosi. Dean motivated me with his weekly blogs and other encouraging emails. Now I am the proud owner of “Set for Life”.
These tools are better than I ever thought possible, and I am starting to use them.
I have a great team and my real estate broker is also my partner and personal friend.
Our plan is to do ten REO and/or short sale flips before the end of 2010.
