Last week the Senate passed a bill to help Small Businesses. The bill aims to spur hiring by making credit more easy to access for small businesses. The House passed a different version a few months back. If the bill is passed, would credit really be easier for us small business owners to access? I just don't have much faith in the Government helping us in a significant way. I would really like to add an Admin to my Company and this bill might help out my Business. That was a great idea about tracking our time. I spent way too much time last week raking leaves. But I was on a very good Webinar with Lee Arnold from Private Money Bank. He stated that we must educate potential clients better, the first requirement is that a property must be under contract in order for us to consider funding the deal. Also, we fund up to 65% of the purchase price. One of Lee's ideas is to convince a Motivated Seller to carry back a second lien (35% of the purchase price) and thus you can acquire a property with no money out of your pocket.
