Being a "newbie", how would I go about putting together the "paperwork" on a property whose owner is represented by a realtor? Using the "Set For Life" system, I subsequently would like to resell or assign said property (or pieces of property) to other buyers/investors/wholesalers. How do I work with the realtor and owner-seller under such circumstances that would enable me to augment my chances in closing a deal? Pls. advise.
