OfflineI have been a home flipper for more than 20 years. I also have bought and sold several of my own rental properties over the years, still have a handful. When the market crashed, I once again went back to home remodeling and renovations for customers. Fortunately, I remain busy in this work. I did test the waters with one flip home last year(2010). Made a nice profit, but still took much too long to find a loan approved buyer in this market. For now, I remain busy in the remodeling business. My first year+ as a DG member was put on hold due to all the work I had pour in last year. Very fortunate! I am now studying and working the yellow blue print book hard to move forward in the wholesaling/assignment end of DG training. I already have a relationship with a few great realtors, a couple strong title companies, a hard money lender, and even a real estate attorney. I am not a big business person, but have been working for myself for all these years as a real estate investor/contractor ....making a decent living. I am definitely wanting to use what knowledge I have as a small basis of what I can ADD TO with the DG material to take all the physical work and labor pains out of my life asap.
