i just got dean's books in September 2010 really wanna get started in real estate and out of the trades. hate long hours almost as much as i hate being broke. would love for someone to help me get started ive already read the books and started a buyers list hoping to do enough deals in the next for months to get out of debt and improve my credit enough to qualify for a mortgage

anything fun, love snow sports of all kinds, would sky dive everyday if i had the money, never got to travel as a kid so id love to have the money to see the world.
