Just wanted to say Hi moving forward Learning something new every day.

A little slower than I would like but I will
never go back not ever

I am getting used to doing it but I missed on back on track

One of my practice calls is sending me listings in Bandon The rest I could not get thru to Then here in Coos Bay /North Bend I got an Agent from Re Max who is sending me some listings So will see how she works out

Well it would appear that I need to try again still no email

I heard from the agents I contacted and the
one here in Coos Bay emailed me some listings
but did not have the email address correct

I got a bunch started going thru them last night and only got about a third of them

Got 51 listings so it took awhile but she did send everything I asked for so when I emailed her last night I did not have to ask for any more listings just buyers list for last 90 days and what areas are selling and renting the best have not checked to see if she sent it yet or not so far so good I believe I have done all that I was told to do on to page 2

emailed her on friday and have from her about my buyers list

Mon I call my agent and find out what happened

She seems reluctant to send me the cash buyers list I have asked twice so if she does not want to send it to me I may have to look for another agent,or maybe get a couple more

I did not hear from her after I told her why I wanted the list I did not tell her I was planning on wholesaling but I made a request and it should have been honored. So I am going to find some more agents and get moving, and this lady is with ReMax go figure Maybe she wants to keep all the buyers for herself

Well I have given it enough time with no word from the agent time is wasting time to get a good agent

lled another agent her name is Earlene and heres hoping she will work out

well I did not hear from my new agent however
[ will not be daunted but press on to victory

Still hunting an good agent

I am not letting anything stop me or slow me down period

Here is hoping that one of them will be the right one

No news for a week that is great I try always to stay away from the news anyway so this nice

I was talking to some people I know today about getting my new business cards it was great and they offered me some ideas and asked for card when I get them great

I am doing my research also my 30 day Challenge it is fun and it is very helpful

I am doing well and progressing, one step ant a time

Checking in again been a bit lazy and a bit busy,now it is time to get back on track

I am still moving forward although I have hit some bumps the nearest Investment club is in Springfield that is 3 hours away there has to be some here so I will keep hunting

i am back I do get sidetracked but not as often as i did before a step in the right direction
