As you can see, my name is Scott Roe, and I live in Sacramento, CA. I have been studying Real Estate investing for approximately 2.5 years and finally decided to take the plunge. After going through un unimaginable list of "Gurus", I found an independent site that reviewed them. LO and behold, at the top of the list was DG. So I immediately ordered 2 of the books, and haven't looked back.
I have been writing offers on REO's, and although they haven't been accepted, I consider it a learning experience which has prepared me for moving on to preforeclosures and probates. I look forward to this and am confident that I am on schedule to triple my income from last year.
So here's to long lasting success and good wishes for everyone and I look forward to getting to know and working with all of you. I can't begin to express the potential we all have if we use this site, each other, and the other tools to create a win-win for all.
