How can i get a foreclosed apt.building from the bank with no money down?This is a three family apt..All units are occupied.I live in one.Everyone would like to stay so the income is there.Getting the bank to work with me is what i would like to know.Could anyone help me with this?

The appartment building i live in is now foreclosed.I've received a letter from a realestate company saying they want me to pay rent or they will assist with relocation.(cash)I have not received any letter or info. from the bank at all.What should i do?
