Even when it gets tough you keep moving forward. It can be done but you must stay persistent and stay on target. Keep using Deans teaching and passion to make this work. I am a great example of taking nothing to something. Dean knows what he is talking about so do it.

I know I have posted before that I had the awesome opportunity to have Matt Larson in my back yard for three days when he was still in the Quad City. It was the middle of 2011 and life changing. I was a banker for 15 yrs at that point...after Matt left I started to put pieces together. In my first year I touched 22 properties, either wholesaling, holding, or flipping. August of 2012 I went full time into real estate and vacated the corporate world. Since then it has been self fulfilling, and I almost surpassed my 1st year total in the last 60 days, as I have purchased, wholesaled, or flipped 16 homes. I am so looking to 2013. Thank you Matt and Dean...anyone can do this with their teaching.
