Not sure how to use the blog stuff or add a blog. Web site looks great, lots of features, articles, etc.
I could spend hours looking, reading your tips, experiences, etc. No time right now though, am interested in the Edge freebie system.

I have seen lots of foreclosures, most of which need a lot of work. I am interested in some of them for fixing up\flipping deals, not sure how to get started. Have your books, but am a slow reader.

Found some good RE agents with knowledge, experience, but informed loans are hard to come by for investors, requiring 25% down in most cases. Tried RE Sales, didn't like waisting time showing people around, prefer buying\flipping deals. Can spend hours of free time searching the RE adds, like doing RE type stuff as a hobby, not sure why.
