Moved here from Colorado 11 years ago. Bought our home 10 years ago. I own 9 SFR's that I rent. Currently ready to close on a my 10th property. Plan on renting that also. 6 properties have been privately funded and were REO's. One was an estate sale and the one we are currently ready to close on is owned by an elderly couple who now live in assisted living. The owner's younger brother fixed it up during the summer and who decided on the selling price.

Property no doubt was all paid for. Listed for $79,900.00, we were able to get it for $65,000.00

Interests: 
Hunting, fishing, hiking, downhill and x-c skiing, running, anything outdoors
