Hi, I just wanted to say " HI " as I am brand new and just joined. I am just getting started and it is very exciting so far. I am in the Blaine/Coon Rapids area which I moved to in Nov. 1997 from a small rural town up by Duluth. Maybe we can keep in touch and share stories, info., success, etc. ?!?!

What Forms Do I Need To Complete An Assgnment deal? Please help. I posted in a couple other forums and yet to get a response. Also I looked for the forms on this site and they seem to only be samples. Where can I get the originals? Also I am going to start out by doing bird dogging. Do you know if I have to go look at the propety for the investor as well as do the comps? Please get back to me and let me know. I'm just looking for some help. Thanks for your time and sorry for the bother.

You know what? I had NO idea that you had written anything to us. I'm so sorry. I would have gotten back to you waaay more quickly!

To answer your question: I understand completely how you could say it is hard to stay motivated especially if you're new to it. What keeps us motivated is the fact that Real Estate is the most obvious path to personal and financial freedom. It's nice because there isn't just "1" way to make money, you have many options. We also enjoy it because there is a lot of room for creativity.

We have a certain standard of living that we see for ourselves. Things like being able to go out to eat and not be worried about spending too much or being able to go out of state to visit a family member or being able to help out a family member when they need a little financial assistance are all things that we HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DO! NO EXCEPTIONS!

It's also a great opportunity to be your own boss and run your business according to you own personal standards and ethical code. You can help people, help yourself, and everyone can be happy.

My mindset is that I'm going to succeed in real estate! I say that to myself everyday. And I affirm and enforce that thought by taking action. "Little things" during your free time make BIG THINGS HAPPEN!
