Thanks for sending the Gain the Edge 09 video clip tidbits. It is so exciting to see and hear the conference clips the second time around. I believe most of the DG students that were not there will be wanting more! The clips touch on just a morsel of the great information that was presented. You often hear and learn even more each time you watch the video. I know most DG Students will be counting down to the Gain the Edge 2010 event! Can't wait for next year's conference, and to see the package you put together from this year's!!! It was so much to take in over the 2 1/2 days. It will be great to have it all in a package to recall/remember everything we learned! And having met everyone in person just adds to experiencing the videos. I hope everyone that WASN'T able to attend will be excited about seeing this stuff. It was GREAT!!

Thank you for providing the right inspiration this morning to get my day started. I can not measure the impact of being able to see the entire E.D.G.E. seminar online. Being able to apply valuable and timely information would only help individuals in pursuit of their financial success as a real estate investor. I am still formulating my buyers list and working on getting my first deal done. As a beginner, getting that kind of info would be considered priceless.

You peaked my curiousity and would like to see more of seminar if and when available. Do you have a program for Canadian real estate investing?

For one thing if you were to post everything that was said at the event I would be more than honored to have something that is as priceless as I'm sure it be. I love what you are doing and I am just blessed to have come across you Dean. Its been about a year now and I am not doubting your phenominal work and its your kind heart and humbleness that keeps me drawn to you. Thank you for all you doing. I picked up many excellent business tips from each clip presented.

It would have been nice to hear the next few minutes of the first video clip where the guy is talking about using hard money for assigning property. That is where my interest was piqued.

All in all , very good useful info.

I think this would be fantastic to have access to this on hand. To me a testimonial has a powerful effect and having it in black and white at your convenience is needed for assurance. I don't see any disadvantages with this being made availible. Continued success always..........Lubertha

Grady Corbin here. . wow! This is so very exciting. Kathleen and I were awarded the EDGE event from the contest, but couldn't make it. I think is so cool and generous of you making even the clips, the gist of some of the presentations available.A big thank you too, Megan for your constant assistance and prompt responses. I'm into that 'giving back' mode which as you always said, Dean feels just as good as closing on a good deal. Our lives are so different now, and I am helping other newbies every chance I get!!!

Thanks for sharing the video snippets. I want to make my first deal happen NOW but I feel frozen in my tracks! I have a buyers list, set up AFF, have a website, recorded my own message on the 800 number and have looked at many properties... I just need to take the next step. I have a feeling that the information in the EDGE conference will be the catalyst that I need to "unfreeze" me. Please dont delay...

Very intriguing, priceless... I am certain that we would all benefit greatly from the release of the EDGE video's from all different angles. It seams that EVERYTHING you do is more informative than others in your same position, your passion shines through with the details! Success..it's in the details, I always say. It would be AWESOME to have this info available.I'm VERY new,got your book 4 days ago,finished it 2 days ago and working on my 1st deal,had considered calling the coaches to be certain it's a good deal,I wont go into the details here,but,after watching this the lease option idea sounds like it may be a better aproach to this deal - THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for being who you are and may GOD continue to bless you,your family and this team

Just the amount of info that was there, in those few clips, got my brain firing like crazy! LOL! I'm actually having a hard time believing I just got that excited by a 5 short video clips! My girlfriend and I are pretty new to the academy and your books but we've been learning and IMPLEMENTING the information! The more we do, the more we want to do! I'm VERY interested in hearing the information contained on the EDGE videos! I think it's a great idea to release that information in some capacity! I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next! THANKS SO MUCH DEAN!!! OUR MOMENTUM HAS GOTTEN GOING AND IT'S NOT GOING ANYWHERE BUT UP FROM HERE!

Thank you for the video clips and the letters. I am a newbie yet to complete that first deal, however, with the information you have been providing us I am sure it will be soon. I picked one thing from each video clip to implement right away and get my first deal done as soon as possible. Even though I am unemployed, have no money and have bad credit, I feel very fortunate and hopeful because of what you teach and how you teach it.
