Got busy today with my RE research. Looked up the props I found yesterday only to find that the listings I saw on 3 props didn't match the appraiser's listing. Also did comps on all houses and only found 1 to be even close to being a doable deal.
On the upside, I got an email from an agent in response to my ad. I'll be contacting her tomorrow.

Spent a lot of time today doing the research and see how it's better to have someone else do this for me.

Spoke with West Coast partner only to find that he is not moving forward at the rate I was hoping.

I answered my PMs and email and made some entries in a few journals

Listened to a webinar about creating passive income then listened to Matt's mentoring call.

Well things are looking up.... FINALLLLLY!

I have a new sense of where I'm going and how I am going to get there.

What I did today:
Answered PMs and emails
Read some DG journals
Posted ads for agents
listened to the mentoring call tonight
Searched for and found potential props for my new buyer
Made contact with fellow DGer in Davenport

Did my dailies.

Will be contacting agents tomorrow about props.

Today should have been a step sideways but I managed to get some things done. Having to wait for girlfriend at DRs appointment and pharmacy, I managed to read 80% of Deans new book. Will finish it tomorrow.

I added my first buyer from the RBBP to my list.
Called buyer from the other day and had good conversation. Now I need to get power team in motion.
Listened to mentoring call from Joe then mentoring call from Andrea.
Researched more sites to get agent names.

Did my dailies and calling it a night.

Well today was not a bust.
Followed up on some suggestions as to finding an agent. Sent out some emails to perspective agents and will call others tomorrow.

Answered PMs and emails

Spent about 3 hours tonight looking for properties in LW offered by agents that have a price reduction. Got a few addresses.

Did a little reading of Dean's new book as well.

Did my dailies.
Calling it a night.

PS: I know success is just around the corner. I just can't seem to find which corner I am at.

So my 30 days to a sale is shot for good but I am not deterred.
Today I answered my PMs and emails (there were a lot of PMs. I guess I am making a name for myself )
I spent my RE time today looking for agents by going through the RBBP websites for Ghost Ads and looking for sales in my town and the agents who are listing them. I got 4 names who I will contact tomorrow.

Other than that, I connected with a fellow DGer in Orlando that hopefully will become a good working relationship.

I've finished my day reading journals here on DG.com, answering more PMs and entering my dailies.

I guess you always need to be on your guard! I needed to make some money THIS month so I had to go back to making fishing lures because that's where my bills get paid from. So I decided that I was going to spend my day doing that and didn't do any computer work, email/ pm work, didn't even turn on my computer until 6 PM tonight. I go to my email and see that I got a response from the letter I sent out to the list of cash buyers. I got the message only to find out that it was too late to call. I will call tomorrow. I've got all my papers and questions ready for the call and hope that the investor is available (considering it's the holiday weekend.)

Other than that, I listened to the mentoring call tonight then listened to Matt's call from last night.
That's all I can do tonight.
