I called 5 new real estate agents. I finally got a called back from 1 agent. The agent is a woman. She offer to send me some listings. I am glad I can follow chapter 2 in Dean's book 30 day to real estate cash !

If you are making offers up to twenty five like Matt told us to and we get three offers accepted do we have to take them? I know we supposed to wait on that one.

I have contacted 1 of my REAs re: new deals, an investor from Craigslist and a couple of buyers on Craiglist. Now waiting to hear back.

I wrote out and printed letters to owners of expired listings and I will post them on Monday. My business cards haven't arrived yet so I am tempted to send out the letters without them.

I am planning on continuing using this method until I get some new leads.

I still have buyers and a large assignment fee paying investor on my list and I am waiting for the right houses in order to make offers.

Apart from that I am trying to work out how to make bandit signs work for me. I live far away from the city. Before I go back over I will plan the locations to place the signs.

I have had Dean's program for a year now. I did not do anything with it but allow it collect dust. I have looked back and guess what I said. If I would have I would be now. Well it's time for me to put all fear, obstacles and so forth right in front of me and run them down. I will use them to motive me. So I have read the 1 part of Blueprint. I have written my goals. Im a broke college student whose mother-in-law introduced him to this crazy idea about real estate. I was sure this was a scam, but she firmly believed it would work. We gave the last of our money to purchase the education pack. I watched the CDs and learned a lot. I still don't know how im supposed to start though. I have no money and no credit. How do I buy anything when I have nothing to give? How do people buy property from me if I don't own it? it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I have the motivation but don't know where or how to start.

Today I placed ads on craigslist. I am looking for properties in ny city. I use my wufoo page.
