I made an apointment to visit my real estate agent. After I look at the listings she sent me. She requested a proof of letter. I printed this letter at the library.

Today will be a great day. It is amazing how two tottal different parts of my life say the same things. So why not claim it. When you feel like there is no one to encourage you. Then it is left up to you to encourage your self. Sort of tag you are it. Do not just encourage your self but others. No matter what life bring to you, sour lemon, grapes,dark clouds. You must see the good in it, and if you can not see the good in it make it good and then move on. Sour grapes and lemon, addes sugar, or even honey. Dark clouds mean its going to rain, rain means refreshing, washing away of, growth. I hope that you are encourage. Claim it, Today is a good day.

Today my real estate sent me 15 property listings. I liked 3 houses that need some repairs. I am going to make offers on these 3 houses !

I am writing my first blog as I want to get real focused and sharp about my new career in Real Estate!! This is something I have so wanted to do for a very long time. I have bought the : "How To"books on -line before, all about :Real Estate! Long ago the advice was to use your own house for: "leverage" to put a down payment on a rental property.
Needless to say, I dreamed about this, talked about it, and then went to: "shut-down" mode when my husband told me it would: "never work"
I lost energy over that and never did anything more about it!
