Today I used Linkeding to find cash buyers. I found a few new cash buyers.

Anyone know of any companies or agencies who offer free phone numbers to place on ads for each of your leads, or at least at a discount?

I tried using Google Voice since I heard you can make unlimited numbers there, but I was only able to make one local number, and from there they'd charge $20 per number at a one time activation fee.

As I leave to the office to go show 3 investors my next wholesale deal (with the owners)I cannot explain the importance enough of having buyers waiting. I chose the slower method of building mine by meeting them face to face but now I have 3 brokers in 2 towns feeding me deals and an expanding network of (with their people included) 1500 investors with money to spend.
I only work with about 5 investors directly but they have more people in their group.
BOOM! that is how it gets done!

The last couple of days have been interesting. At the time I felt as though I was somewhat stagnant, but in hindsight they were effective. Up until two days ago I was actively and tangibly making advances on this journey. I haven't been in touch with any of my REAs for 2 days as I have felt a little clueless on how to make an offer and lock up a deal without being liable if I don't sell. The other challenge is that I was told that I would need to open an escrow account and place a minimum of $1000 in to complete the offer. I lost my hold at that point. Where can I get $1000 to do this? Could I lose it if something didn't work out?

I felt as though I was possibly running before walking and decided to slow down until I learnt more and got further into the 30 day course.

IM having trouble with not getting real investors when I put out bandit signs.i clealy put on the heading att.cash buyers.but when I ask them what there looking for .there just want cheapest deal.and that's it.i think it would a waste of time.because cheap deals out here in Vancouver,wa-portland or.good luck finding.how can I attract real investors?
