I have been practising working out the numbers as well as working on building my buyer and motivated seller lists.

I realised today that I have hardly done any promotion or marketing as a recording artist/composer which is my "day" job since I started this 30 day journey. This is unusual for me.

However, I actually feel that doing things this way is the best way for me. In for a penny, in for a pound as they say. I'll continue to look at unlisted homes and get ready for the local auctions tonight and tomorrow.

Day 16 and a new chapter in the 30 day strategy will begin mañana.

I attended a seminar of Tony Robbins years ago in new york. I am now listening to the CD's to help me regain my positive attitude and help me get through the grieving mindset I currently have due to the loss of my awesome wife last December. If anyone who is reading this has not ever seem Tony Robbins, please act on it soon. He is an awesome person.

Today I woke up with sad news when I read the email of my realtor telling me that yet another offer that I put out was rejected. Because I am new to this I want to master the aspect of wholesaling before I move on to buy and hold or flips.

From all the realtors I am working with they all tell me that the market in which I am investing (south florida) all the REO'S that I look at are being sold close to asking price, and the offers that I propose are rather low based on what the graziosi team tell us to do. So is it even possible to be a wholesaler in the South Florida Market?

I am contemplating to much.... What is it that I am missing? What is it that I am doing wrong?

who wants to buy properties in the state of Califormia.
