Hey, how is everybody doing. Can anybody answer my question I have on what should I tell homeowners. On the basis of what the pros and cons is, of me wholesaling their home for them. What I'm trying to say is why should they let me wholesale their property what do they get out of it, meaning the pros and cons. Thank you for your advice.

I located a street map, I have a long list of recent sales and addresses and I am going through the records system getting the names and property info to add to my new database.

After seeing the value of the properties compared to what the buyers paid I'm kicking myself for not jumping into this game sooner. Oh well, nothing before it's time I suppose.. I'm now ready to make up for lost time.

I have a potentially good list of leads to get through and I shall look for some real estate clubs once I have sent off the letters.
