So I was applying for both personal and business cards, but I froze up when it mentioned that by federal law that the address of my LLC cannot be a p.o box address when initially applying, but can be switched later after credit card application has been approved.

So my question, is it illegal or legal for your LLC and apartment address to be the same if you're applying as self employed for both personal and business credit cards, or is that not possible?

I have 2 rentals and am looking to expand my base as well as provide service to investors for great deals.

Today I created my investor database. NOw I can record my buyers information .

when I clicked on the support link I got this: Not Found

I see numbers under "Total" & "Recent" but cannot see any posts in regard to my ads. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Day 9 and so much has changed in my life. I have been on the phone to two buyers. One is an REA and wholesale buyer, another is an investor looking for properties where I live. They are both go getters like myself and seem very serious. I have inadvertently found a potential new agent through my recent ghost ad. The other I found through asking a question on a website post, we spoke earlier today. He is seeking properties and gives 10k on assignments. Perfect!

I have set up viewings with my REA for tomorrow morning so that I can meet up with him and get a feel for properties on sale.

I can taste a deal! I really can.
