Hoping someone here can refer me to a good r.e. attorney. I need to get 1 on my team. I'm not sure if it's pay as you go or retainer. No extra cash flow at present. Just getting new tenants into AL. rental.

All suggestions or referrals are appreciated!

I am going to use the fast track strategy. I am going to call for rent signs. I want to find properties for sale.

It's been just over 2 years since I did my last deal. I had a mentor, who does real estate completely different than what Dean teaches, but it got my feet wet.
Now I am on to my 2nd deal - solo. I wish I had someone to bounce it off of, but I know it is too good to pass up.
$2000 down, take over existing mortgage. Monthly payments are low. If I rent it I should cash flow $200/mo or flip it for a $20K profit.
