Finally made an offer; was refused (wasn't seen as a "serious" offer because it was so low); am now wondering where realtors get comps (and where I can get what she gets) cuz hers and mine were so different - and she had so many more properties show up in hers!

Also wondering how one spots the good deals on paper or on sight and then gets comps and an offer prepared and presented - FAST! For the last four weeks, it seems as soon as I find it, drive by (to check out neighborhood, get a glimpse of what might be needed in repairs, etc.), find comps, compute offer - it's already pending! This is driving me crazy! The ones that are pending are the ones I was pursuing, so I must be doing something right - but where is it going wrong!?

Well holy cow again super exhausted but excited still posted ghost ads today for places we are investing and spk to my new partners hammered some things out on strategy, got my google voice # for returned emails. Tomm calling Clist ads fsbo's & for rent ads & tweak ghost ads & buy newspaper local one & find a realtor in our area were investing, was an ok day but frm now on need great day's we only have 86,400 seconds in a day, miss my wife shes been gone 6 mo's it's really getting tougher every day w/out her wanted to go see her this mo for her bday on the 24th but I must have a deal first and so heading to bed so i can get up early and work the next day.

How to buy a pre foreclosed home

I am new to real estate. I found a pre foreclosed property but do not know who the owner is in order to contact to buy the property. I tried looking into county website, but was unsuccessful as the name was mentioned as secured. Also, I saw foreclosed attorney or trustee contact details for this property. So, I am not sure how to proceed in order to buy the property. Any help.
