I put a house under contract that I shouldn't have. I also used the wrong contract. It was my first home under contract that I wasn't planning in buying myself. I messed up. The seller involved a lawyer because her husband made her, and I had 2 people now that didn't really trust me. I asked for a lot of advice on this one, and most told me to walk away. I had an exit, I could have, and some say, should have, exited.

it w/so amazing epic, life altering, meeting w/so many like minded people, so inspiring cant wait till nxt yr's event but also soooo excited to do more deals. jst got my 1st deal a few mo's ago. so exhausted fr the trip w/so happy to see my fam there in phoenix my precious little bro's & sisters & all my 15 nieces & nephews love them all so much.

got blocked on this site for a yr until recently it w/so discouraging felt like giving up but preserved got a diff username & still got on the site but it wasn the same so made sure to get reinstated ha, it works to preservere, we must preservere that was the theme of the edge event. Tomm going to work my butt off right now rest & relax cuz i get up at 5am to work out! like Dean my hero.

Like all the best tales, I am hoping for a happily ever after. I signed in for the first time today and I'm looking forward to the adventure.

My good friend Margaret has been successfully investing in real estate for 30 years and would coach me, but I never was willing to take the plunge...I was afraid of the risk. However, now having been a real estate appraiser for the past eight years, I have a new perspective and body of knowledge.

I am reading YOUR TOWN that was given to me by another appraiser and friend. She did contract appraising for my company and we've shared all kinds of happiness and heartbreak. We both live in a suburban city in the Greater Atlanta area...and I bet we are going to be the start of a great team.

Hey everyone-

Just left the EDGE 2013 event! WHOOO! So much great information and opportunity in an AMAZING 3 days. I was brought to DG thru my significant other Jeff(who is amazing-by the way) about 6 months ago when he started as well. We relocated to NW Indiana and have been doing this full time. I was a Licensed RE Broker in Washington State before coming to the Mid-west and have always known that Real Estate was "my calling". I am an entrepreneur thru and thru and have tried many other avenues and self-implemented programs to find my way in being independently secure but none of them seemed to fit my goals and ended up being a burden rather than a joy. WELL that has changed.

Today I registered for Dean's 3 day training workshop and i'm super excited. Havent done one deal yet but i am so ready. Its taken me four years to get even this far but im here. I will let you guys know how i do.

Well, I'm back at it. Haven't given up, just got derailed. I was slower at recovery this time than usual.

Just got my first Purchase Agreement signed by an owner. Hoping to close the end of May!

Got a call back from a seller from several months ago! Just posted his property online.

Now I am gonna go after some probates!!!
