Well I've been studying with the DG family and coaching program for almost 2 months now. It has been a wild and interesting process to say the least (and I haven't even gotten to do any deals yet!). If you want a real "self-help" program, truly decide to commit to becoming a success in real estate. Your learning process will force you to deal with your "garbage" before you move forward, whether you like it or not. At least that's what happened for me.

I have a seller interested in selling a large amont of property in a very busy area in Upstate NY - property consists of a Restaurant - cafe- 5 Apartments -plus one other apartment building - way too much for me to deal with - open to anyone interested

Does anyone know of another way around of getting into a county's tax lein list online legally

I am not a big writer so please excuse me if I miss spell and am grammatically incorrect I will always give credit to quotes of inspiration I have adopted over the years of being a stay at home mom and raising my daughter and son in suburbia America! 

I am writing this in hopes that those getting started in Real Estate Investing will find it useful and will go out and attempt to do as I have done!
