Baby steps...

Yesterday, I met with a real estate attorney who was very helpful and he's an investor himself. Today, I went to my first auction and handed out my business card and introduced myself. Got some business cards back.

Tonight I'm going to figure out why I can't access my Google voice mail account. I set it up a while back and need to revise my greeting so I can place some ads on CL. I've already got a Google number and don't want to change it and I've already put the number on my bandit signs.

Does anyone have experience w/Google Voice? I tried clicking on the "gear ikon" to change my voice settings, but that isn't working.

Please, pardon me, while I spam this incredible website with questions to aide me in my success. I just quit my job to do this full time (some might see this as reckless). It is not a big deal as finding just one deal will easily provide for my monthly expenses for over a month and a half! I am a single dad with full custody, who is done being limited by what the boundaries others set for me. This is going to be fun.

Day 1 of "Make 7 offers Week"

So I didn't make any offers today. But it was still a success because I spent some time in my friend/realtor's office, putting together a list of possible properties to pursue in my area! It seems like a great list, plus, he informs me that he has a property under contract that he is going to let go because he can't build on it. That is, unless one of my "investment club friends" might want it... Umm, yes please!

Times are changing!

Time is constantly changing and recently I feel everything in my life being re-evaluated and analyzed and adjusted to suit my future endeavors.

There is always a time for change to be a force in your life and some changes you can't predict.

When you are capable of making the necessary actions at the right time when change is upon your door step, that its a habit and normal for you to undertake what is about to happen, and only you are the one in-control of when you make that change(s).
