Does anybody know a good lawyer who handles sandwich lease options in Harrisburg, Pa? I spoke to one lawyer and he says doing a sandwich lease option can lead to legal problems. I need help.

We have so many CASH BUYERS just waiting for us to get deals to them. We bid on the house for $28,000 and got it. Now who will be our lucky Cash Buyer to get this amazing deal;-} We started doing this business for our son, Heston who just got out of the Air Force after 7 years. He is having a blast learning something new and being able to work with Mom & Dad;-} Thank you Dean for all your trainings. Closed my first assignment!
January 23rd, 2013 | posted by DavemchsFinally closed my first assignment of contract last weekend. Put it under contract for 20k and did an assignment for a $2500 fee and $500 up front to hold it. Got both contracts signed in a 45 minute window. I picked up the closing costs of $700. Had a couple issues with the title getting probated over correctly and when the title changed before that apparently the deed was signed in 1979 on a row boat from an uncle so of course there was a misprint in the legal descrition. Got the sellers attorney to fix the mistake he made in probate and an affidavit signed saying both parties were aware of the misprint on the title. Only took an extra 6 days. Title company has agreed to carry the title insurance if the buyer ever resells it again.

So this is the first in what I hope to be many blog posts that describe my journey from the start to what I hope to be a wealthy life.
I started with the Dg program and success academy a couple of months ago and I haven't gotten to far as I have not diligently pursed this. I am honestly starting with pretty close to nothing but I am trying my hardest to learn what I need to learn to make myself a success with this industry.
I really enjoy real estate and everything that it has to offer. I love looking at houses and learning about the legal aspect of investing. Not to mention as most people I do enjoy watching my bank account grow.
