Im just getting started with dg's program, Went to the seminar last week bought every thing they had available, Have the 3 day seminar starting 1/25 What a great program this is, So excited, Just doing my steps one at a time, this is my first blog, have to pick a forum topic want to start with the blue print page one video but cant find it, any ideas where to find that, Thanx jeff.....

Well this is my first blog entry in what should prove to be an interesting process to say the least! I am currently working on building my buyer's list to get started with wholesaling. It's so wild going through the mental process that I am going through!

I understand the importance of building a buyer's list and I even have a plan on how I am going to build that list (thanks to support from DG!). The crazy part is the "battle" I am having with myself over enacting my plan with the faith that I will have the support to perform the next steps. This is my first experience with real estate, which probably adds to my anxiety (which is probably mostly based on NOTHING!), but at the same time really motivates me to dive in head first.

The goal for 2013 is to buy a house a month. I’m writing contracts live each day and showing people how as they watch over my shoulder online. Orginally the goal was a house per week, but im finding that may be an unrealistic goal right now.

It doesn’t matter what state you’re in, watch as I put my contracts together and ask me questions. I’m looking to network online. I’m also wholesaling deals right online on speaker phone, if you want to watch and listen, reply or send me a private message. I love helping and sharing.
