I got my first ad response today! While I was waiting for the yellow spray paint to dry on my Dollar Store makeshift bandit signs yesterday, I decided to place three online ghost ads. I listed on craigslist, backpage, and pennysaver. I was nervous to post them at first, but after they were posted, I forgot about it. Then, after getting home this evening I got my first response!

More often than not, we take state statistics and assume that making investment decisions off of these numbers can help improve our chances of making smart investments. However, in order to make informed real estate investing decisions, we must look at the local real estate markets.

WE just got back from the Buying Summit in Las Vegas. What an awesome event. The speakers, staff and event associates were wonderful. Every thing we needed all in one spot. Education, motivation and the not only the tools needed to be successful in real estate but the tools needed to protect our success in real estate. My husband and I already have real estate before we started Dean's course and we have been unsuccessful in finding CPA's and lawyers willing to help us find and utilize all the tax benefits and how to properly protect our assests. Thanks for taking the extra time to spend with me to answer my questions.

This was my first Summit and what an eye opener. I met so many people and could not help but to expand my buyers and sellers list. Not to mention I was able to meet Dean Grazios in person. He really is a dynamic speaker and motivator. I really wish I could network with like-minded people daily like this. The energy was what I need to keep on growing my business. I can say they put on a top notch Summit from the speakers to the food. I highly recommend you attend them any chance you get. If not, make the chance !!!
