Currently enrolled in Dean's "No Money Flip Mastery Class" that offers a wealth of ideas on acquiring properties. Some of the information ties in with our initial plan to wholesale; we have energy, desire but limited capital so wholesaling will get us started. I have contacted a couple of agents that are searching for properties as per my request which was formulated from information gained from Matt and Dean. I spoke with my daughters pediatrician today and told her I will follow up with a letter in which I will ask if she is interested in becoming a Financial Acquisition Partner. I have 400 fliers available to distribute to other medical personnel around the local hospitals.

Continuing to go thru my DG books. Not that it is hard to understand, but to make sure the things I missed are better defined. When you understand things, it's harder to forget them...
I couldn't afford Matt and Dean's new training program. But, I will not let that hold me back. Besides, I still have a lot of other things to catch up on and try to implement in my own area and home town. Continuing also, to try and find others who are into the same things and especially those who maybe networking in my own area. Beginning to realize that the flip tactics and ideas can also work on these multi million dollar mansions here in Hawaii...Continuing to persevere...

I am also unemployed, and need cash fast. I've read 3 of dean's books, and am so confused! Some advise please!! I am presently re-reading 30 days.
