First two homes to see today!
March 16th, 2015 | posted by JJessieI am meeting a real estate agent who seems to be on board with me to check out two properties later today!
I have my POF letters ready to go and I am ready for this!!
I still have to find a contractor, real estate attorney, title company, but I find that if I just go one step at a time then it prompts me to follow up on the next step and I run out of excuses.
Like "Oh, I don't have a contractor yet so I can't look at any properties." NOT!!!!
So now it will be stepping me into the action and then if my offer is taken I will be more like "OH *%&#*!! I HAVE to get a contractor out - NOW!!" LOL
Just following the guidelines for the agreement to purchase!!
Thanks for reading, if you are.... (:

Catch up
March 11th, 2015 | posted by JJessieWOW - so much information on the training!!
I will have to go back and listen again and again.
Unfortunately my dad had to go to the hospital and then to rehab after a fall at home so I am WAY behind now!
My dad is OK and he is kickin' it at rehab at 97 years old.
So cool.
I am lifted in spirit just to be able to post random thoughts here. LOL
I hope this message gets to Dean, and Matt, and Nate in particular - THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
I get a little maudlin at times but I appreciate all of the effort you and your staff put into making this training happen. I have a whole new career to look forward to!!

Seven Steps to Safely Buying Turn Key Rentals
March 8th, 2015 | posted by NateArmstrongI've had a lot of questions on Turn Key Rentals Lately so wanted to share...
What does that mean?
The term refers to a property that has been renovated and leased. It usually implies that the home has an active property manager in place as well collecting the rents.
Turn Key Rentals allow busy or out of area Investors to plug into an investment property without all the headaches of renovation or tenant placement.
If you are a Wholesaler considering adding Turn Key Rentals to your line up or if you are a buyer of Turn Key deals, the tips below may help you.
When considering a Turn Key Rental, its important to make sure you peel past the first layer. Don't be roped in by promises of 25% Return On Investment.
