It's all a matter of perspective, y'know? There I was riding the high of finally getting a deal done. Enjoying the fruits of my labor with my family. My youngest daughter was home from Penn State for the holidays, the grandkids were loving me (the hero) for their presents. Even the wife was satisfied with her gift,given in love.

I was planning how I was going to move forward after life returned to a non-festive state. And BOOM! Last Sunday, I had a heart attack! There were a few stressors that finally broke the camel's back and I wound up in the hospital for 4 days!! During that time, I had a little pity-party for myself. I wondered "Why me?". The whole 9 yards.

The agent we had, my suspicion, has black listed us. I say this because every time we get an agent, they quit. I don't understand and this has become very frustrating to me because I really want to succeed. Please I need to know what to do to go on my own without an agent. What do I need to say or do or do I just wing it? I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super psyched as I just booked our flights for the April 2013 Edge Event + reserved Hotel Room at the Event Hotel. Can't wait to make more friends and learn the latest on current strategies to conquer this market. My husband will be joining me. Can't believe how far he has come. It took me a full year to convince him that investing in Real Estate is worth while. But he is on board. Now it is up to me to show him results. Putting in more offers is the only way I am going to get there. Carol Stinson really kicked our butts last night at the Live Chat on the IE website. We all deserved it. I have so much admiration for her. She is a true example of someone who overcame her circumstances.

I am a wholesaler trying to close on my first deal. I need deals in Springfield , Columbia, and Kansas City Missousi. I have cash buyers in these areas that are looking for single family homes and properties to manage. Help me make my first deal possible.
