New year... New goals

One of my goals this year is to blog more and network more
with fellow dg members. This is a great site and wonderful people.
Looking forward to the new year and meeting more of you.

A new out look on things...

Having been a realtor for the past 10 years, it has taken me a bit of time to retrain myself to get out of the retail mindset and into the investor mindset but I believe I have finally made the switch. We are currently working on our 1st flip which started as a potential retail listing and turned into an assignment and now our flip. Best part of this transaction is that we have $0.00 into the transaction. The seller is paying for all repairs and we are being compensated for our crews time and labor. We will make about $18,000.00 when this closes and we have only been in the house for about 3 weeks. (Oh, and I have my buyer already in place ) Woot Woot! Bring on the next one!

Cash to Invest.

I have cash to invest in wholesale properties that make sense. I would like to wholesale some and keep some. Does anyone have any duplexes? I am in Southern CA?

Take Action Today!

What action will you take today?

Yesterday, I finished the 3-day workshop. The 3 long days took a toll upon me and it was difficult to pay attention that 3rd day. I left the conference center physically and mentally exhausted.

When I arrived home again, I got online and came to Dean's site (here) and updated my thread in the forum and read thru some other active topics.

This morning as I opened my email, I discovered that Dean has been reading my posts and my profile. The email lifted my spirits, thank you!
