I recently put a house under contract with the contacts provided by Greg forms under this site.I put down 3000 earnest money just to show my motivation for the property but I couldn't find a Buyer.My question is do I get my earnest money back if it didn't sell.the contract didn't say anything about money back or It didn't say I can't get my mobey back.

Hello can anybody help me figure out costs of a rehab It needs new carpet, new windows and interior painting, modern kitchen remodel.

Great Speakers and experts in real estate. The Yanceys from Flipping Vegas came to speak and spend time with everyone. They gave away some nice prizes. I myself got a $2500 property direct voucher towards a property purchase. I even took a photo of the voucher.

It was exciting,it felt like I won the lottery.
But since I did not quite have enough funds for my first property purchase, I ended up selling it for $1300. Got myself into tax lien and notes for starters.

I met a lot of great people. I am hoping to move to Vegas to be closer to my family and warm weather.

Everyday brings me closer to my first deal. In the beginning I was so petrified. Now I have a realtor helping me. He is an investor friendly. my title co. and credit repair people are in place. I am going to have my first before Christmas. I have about 27 days to do it so I am busy almost everynight until 2-3am and get about 3 hours sleep then it's out crusing thte neighborhoods, mls's, and craigs' list. then I bone up on the current strategy I am using. Birdogging for now. I am using this strategy to get some money to start investing myself.
