I'm new to the DG family and am excited about getting started. I recently completed my 3 day workshop in Dearborn, MI and would love to get some tips on landing some assignments. I'm sure I can take off with greater confidence from there. Glad to be a part of this wonderful team. Marc Hrisko was awesome!

Hi. I'm trying to get my 1st deal done. I have 2 hot properties in southern CA both listed at $450k with $20-25k each in rehab and both ARV $600-630k. They are REO and pre-trustee sale. They are asking for proof of funds and letter of intent. Can you please help me thru this? I'd be ecstatic to make even 1 of these happen and even happier if I could get $10k out of each. Can you please give me some direction?

My partner and I are wondering if there are any DG's in our hometown of Santa Cruz who have been trying their hand at bird dogging? We feel this is the best way to get our feet wet and just wanted to connect with anyone who is doing it here. Thanks!

I must say we are beginning to get this really off the ground. We have our letters ready to send out to collect our proper team and get down to business. The realtor we have is about to be a had and we are going to move on. I will keep you guys in the loop on how it is all going. I must say on top of all God has made sure we are doing what we need to do. Remember without God, you have nothing. So remember, God should be first and the rest will follow.
