My real estate agent told me my last offer for a single family home was turned down. This is the second offer refused. I will keep trying !

My partner and I have been working so hard looking at properties and finally...got one under contract. We took a different approach by focusing our attention on the FSBO Home Bargains. After talking with my DG consultant, she finally convinced me to start putting in offers with FSBO, no Realtor needed! So we did, and found an awesome deal (its listed in the classified ads here). We are looking for our buyer and are both so excited and sick to our stomachs from the anxiety. So close to our first deal and we can't wait to see the payout. We've worked hard at this and we know it will work so long as we continue working it.

Do you know any duplex builder in Dallas, Tx? I have a lot and before there was a duplex on the property.

Made several calls to RE Agents and received favorable responses. Kept to the script as much as possible. Contacted several REI Clubs and personally talked to 3 people from the clubs.

So, right now I am doing the rock bottom blue print, and already have made so much progress, I have ten cash buyers already, am about to get some real estate agents on board as well. Found a probate really nearby, and its actually someone my wife knows that currently owns it. This is a deal I will not let get away. Also I am bird dogging a three properties so far. RBBP isn't kidding when it tells you that money will be made in 30 days, because IT WORKS. Even if I only make 1000 dollars its okay because thats proof that it WORKS!
