I email many real estate offices in my town. I have not received any news from them. I used Matt's letter. Why have they not answer?

We closed last Friday!!! Payday! I am now looking for the next deal. The housing prices are rising here in Utah so I have to be very careful - I usually by REO's or Foreclosure properties.

My buyers list is growing through on-line advertising and I am setting up a web site. I plan to do my first wholesale deal by the end of this month and expect to clear 7K (that is my goal and I am focused).

I am so grateful I read Dean's books and took action! I am so very blessed!

All my life I was told that I could not become the best. I was a kid with big dreams. I love learning new things and applying it to my life. I have told everyone what my dreams where. Hello I live in California and im a little bit skeptical about the double contracts.. when i was reading the dean blue print it caught me off guard. He said that their is need a $2500 for the contract and it need to be signed in one day (24 hours).since you say i can do this with no money at all, do i ask my cash buyer for 2500 for the double contracts? need help a bit confused how to do a double contract fast... i do wish i can just do assignment deals.
