Well here is my first blog. To date I've read his two books profit and 30 days and have started Be a Mill.
All I can say ( intense )
I also have started a to do list and have signed up for Foreclosure alert, very powerful tool.
Thats it for know have to hit the sack work tomarrow the one I could do without once this starts generating income.

Help! Someone came to me that heard that we are Real Estate Investors. She said that her husband (whom she will be divorcing) has not paid the mortgage for a few years and is going in foreclosure. Her name appears on the house, so her credit will be the one affected & not her soon to be ex-husband and they've owned the house for about 25 years. Here's the thing...she must have refinanced over & over because she owes $305,000 & the zestimate is only $220,000, although I know that in that area of town we could get much more, not $305,000 though. I know Dean has talked about how he has helped people in this situation. Dean, are you out there??? Please help!! I really feel like I could help her if I knew how to finangle the numbers right.
