Sent out another 100 post cards to buyers who purchased > 2 properties for cash within 20 miles of my zip code and who have a completely separate mailing address. Filtered out Churches, HOAs, FNMA, and the local County. Have 7 solid buyers on my list now. Goal is SHORT RUN to have 15 buyers; then 25 buyers; then 40 buyers.

As soon as i have 15 buyers, I'll begin putting out offers. Will use the 25 to 1 strategy.
