Non-Performing: The most popular note right now. The non-performing note is essentially a note that is in default and can no longer expect repayment against the original terms of the note. What makes non-performing notes so attractive to a buyer is the opportunity to essentially purchase the asset at a deep discount. In this tight credit market non-performing notes can be found for anywhere between 10% – 50% of the note value on the secondary market.

Diving In...
September 25th, 2012 | posted by QuirkyQuail..This is the first blog entry I have ever made. Well, have to start somewhere!
I am working through Dean's 30 days to Cash program (book), and have now set up by new email and phone, ordered new business cards, and have begun the daily baby steps to achieve each of the goals. I have worked on my "why", and am enrolled in the DG Insiders Elite site, which has already been a huge help. The biggest challenge I face right now is managing my time so that I still do my 50-60 hour per week job! I am the boss, but it is a huge responsibility and I love it, so the problem there is that there is no money in it (I run a non-profit).
It is now almost 1 AM here in Portland, so I am calling it a night.
Positive progress every day,

Two clients
September 25th, 2012 | posted by bdpjrWe have successfully gotten to clients. YAY!!! Now comes the fun part. Was happy to let the REA know what I needed and it got done. So far so good. Wish us luck.
2 more weeks in.. but the 'villain' is trying to get me
September 25th, 2012 | posted by tejanita81Well... its been 4 weeks since I started working with Dean's strategies. I've read thousands of posts in the forums, taken extra RE MCE courses, talked with tons of investors, gotten guidance, suggestions and tips from a handful of amazing vets on the site. I've connected with a few RE clients who need an REA as well, just from using some of the techniques I've learned. So Im helping more people than ever buy or sell their homes.
Turnin' It Up Now
September 25th, 2012 | posted by WarrenLintonI am an investor in the Chester County area with a partner. We have done 2 deals now in 3 months!! I started just by reading Dean's newest book, and then joined the Success Academy after closing on my first deal. I want to truly thank Dean, all of the coaches, and all of you here on the DG site.
Now that we know we can close deals, the sky is the limit for us now! We are now taking full advantage of all of the knowledge that is given and taking massive action from this point on. I will gladly help anyone with questions as I'm sure I am going to be learning a lot in the very near future.
Thanks to all, and I wish you all continued success!!
