Understanding the buy house & rent back concept!

With real estate remaining in a state of flux throughout the economic recovery, several new options are arising for homeowners that are in danger of losing their property. By the time that many learn that it’s time to sell the house, there simply isn’t enough time to go through the lengthy process. To compound the issue, it is upsetting to the family to search for a new place to live after years of residing in the home.

Moving Forward

Hey guys,

I joined the DG Insider's Elite Site when it came out. It's pretty awesome. Just did my first Life Coach session today too. I think that is going to help me A Lot. After a year of learning and experimenting. I'm happy to say we are 2 deals into being a professional real estate investor. Sticking out tongue Still got a long way to go but we're still pushing for it.

It can get very discouraging some times but we just need to be patient. I know it won't happen over night or even over a year. For different people things happen differently. I just know if I have my goal set and clear and I keep walking towards it, no matter how slow I walk or how hard the trail, I will reach the goal I am aiming for in a matter of time.

After spending some time here in Rock Island, getting caught up on some properties, I will be heading back on the road again.

Flooded Rehab

My sfr went down in the flood of Isaac and it is my first experience. Can anyone tell me the "MUST DO'S," and ways I can save without putting the public (tenants) at risk. Also,can anyone tell me where I can find the Contractor labor break down cost on the web?

Found a Deal

Yesterday I found a deal and I am about to make an offer on the property but I am getting afraid.

It's Sunday and no one is on the phones at Success Academy. I sure would like someone to talk to.

I think that I might wait until tomorrow, Monday to complete this deal. So that I can call in and speak with someone.

If it is excepted it will be my first then I need one of my investors to take it as I am going to assign it.

Since I have never done this before I am afraid. My heart is beating like crazy. What if no one take it. I sure hope I have myself covered. I think I do.

Is there anyone that could lend me a listening ear?
