approaching my 4th week learning and trying to do .Well the realtor I have is not worth a dime
not getting any response from my ads
no bandit sign call and some are removed

I am feeling lost really lost and lonely
Have the buyers but no homes

Wheh....finally did my 7 Levels Deep exercise. Took me 4 weeks to do a 10 minute exercise. Glad I did it so I know I did and what my whys are.
Also did my bio today and next is doing my buyers script.
Already have my 250 free biz cards from vistaprints.com, my 50 bandit signs and magnum markers, DBA--doing business as. Named it after nephew that committed suicide. Part of my why is making sure his daughter is taken care of..

This past week has been one of my more productive weeks since I've joined dg's university. I owe that to the buyers summit. I've placed more ads this week. I got a few calls off of them and one of those calls turned into a great conversation with an investor who has been doing this in my market for the last 6 years. Which is encouraging because I've had a lot of people tell me that this local market won't be good for what I'm trying to do. I've started to interview re agents. I am hoping to be putting in offers by the end of this week. I sent out direct mailers to a list of cash buyers I got, over 150 people!

Waiting for the two properties to get under contract, one is a multifamily the other is a single family home. In the meantime our agent is still sending more properties. He was hesitant at first but I reassured him that the only way to get multiple closings every month is to always be bidding on properties that fit our criteria. While we are waiting for the homes to get under contract I will call all my buyer and requalify them. I have 10 days before any earnest money is due but I don't want to use them all. I also will rank the buyers so that the best ones see the home first.
