Dealing with real estate agents.

I recently got in touch with a RE agent willing to work with me on the 25 to 1 system. He seems like he will, but just yesterday he emailed me forms contracts to fill out stating he will be my buying agent exclusively. Lead paint disclosure forms and confidentiality contracts to fill out.
Is this natural for an agent to do this or should I be on my guard?

Does the excitement continue, hmmm let me recap this "Alice in Wonderland" perception I am experiencing. Or for those that are into the "MATRIX" era, Green pill or Red pill result. I really prefer to use "What Dreams May come" - as this experience of perception is tied to follow your dreams, we are in control!!

The journey started with an advertisement that My Gail and I received in the mail several weeks prior to a Friday evening meeting on Aug 24th 2012. Since we are both over 55 (I 66, to be 67 on October 1st) we get many offers for retirement investment dinner - meetings, and (wrongly) assumed this Dean Graziosi post card at a downtown Fort Worth Texas advertising Income Properties would be the same.

Destiny

It has taken me years to believe in myself even after being blessed with my first deal in 92 and my second deal in 05. I had not a clue as to what had happen. Thank God I do now. After being a member since 2008 it was something that was in the inside of me that would not let me forget about Real Estate Investing. Being a stylist for many years I return back to school and didn't know what I would go for. Because I am a very spiritual person I consulted the most high God who told me Interior Design. Went to school for that then upon completing Katrina happened. Got a job at a home improvement store and worked there 7 yrs. Pulled Deans book out I ordered in "08" and began re-reading it. I started coming back to the site and saw that Dean had a seminar coming to my area this year.

Accepted counteroffer on a multifam and sfh. Agent says it will take a week to 10 days for the offer to get under contract. Wondering whether I should be doing anything with my buyers to get them ready. I will probably call them all again to requalify them.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that we gave out, in person, our first business card. It's funny I tell people this is hard for me and they laugh, i do too, because I talk ALOT...lol. I let them know this is out of my confort zone and I just have to do it. I did, don't know if it was a win, but I at least did it. The more I get motivated the more I will do. Practice practice practice. It has been a journey and I am going along for the ride. Also, my wife sold her first pieces of jewelry. We are both going out of our comforts zones to accomplish what we need and want.
